With the store space being divided into part store, part work space for two local businesses, it made sense to build a partition wall to clearly identify the spaces. We designed the wall based on what recycled materials we had / or were easily available. Below are images of phase one: a wall doing its partitioning job. Phase two includes lots of white paint to clean and lighten it up while phase three will be adding store goods on the store side and functionality on the work side. How quaint.

C2 is changing things up! Going forward we will be sharing the space with designers Damian Vallelonga and Jeff Walters of Lock 49 and architect Brendan Rose. YAY!

C2 will be “closed” this week (8/18 – 8/21) for remodeling and will reopen on Wednesday, August 25th. You are welcome to stop by during the alteration to poke around. Hey, bonus news – Tara Hogan’s ANIMAUX exhibition will continue thru this week! Make sure to catch her original work on paper and wood, along with prints for sale while you can.

New fall store hours starting Wednesday, Sept 8:

Wed – Thur 1-7pm

Fri 1-9pm, fun-to-do’s scheduled for every Friday from 7-9pm (DIY workshops, C3’s and games nights!)

Sat 10-4pm, early bird shoppers 10-12pm enjoy free coffee!

I am so sorry but the gallery wall at C2 will be receiving a fresh coat of paint today as we transition from the June featured artist to July’s.

Unfortunately we will have to reschedule the Craft Circle scheduled for today.

introducing ANIMAUX: A receptive dialog with animals, by July featured artist Tara Hogan, will showcase original works on paper and wood from July 22 – August 14. There will also be posters and prints for sale.

Opening Reception will be held on Thursday, July 22, 7:30 – 9:30pm.
